Using the Company Calendar

Overview

The Company Calendar helps you manage center-level operational events such as holidays, inspections, field trips, and school closures.

This calendar is for company events only — not child schedules.


What You Can Do

  • Add events using Quick Add templates

  • Schedule one-time operational events

  • Color-code events by category

  • Filter events by category

  • Archive event categories

  • View yearly activity at a glance


Event Types

Each event belongs to a category such as:

  • Closed

  • Holiday

  • No School

  • Inspection

  • Field Trip

  • Reminder

  • Other

Categories determine event color and can be filtered.


Good to Know

  • All-day events display as a full background fill.

  • Timed events display with a dot and start time.

  • You can filter the calendar to show only specific categories.
