Mileage Tracking Overview (Childcare Center Mileage Management)

The Mileage page allows you to track yearly mileage totals for vehicles used by your childcare center.

You can:

  • Add vehicles

  • View yearly totals

  • Edit mileage totals

  • Archive inactive vehicles

  • Switch between tax years

This page is designed for high-level yearly tracking.

What the Page Shows

  • Total Miles (Selected Year) – Combined mileage across all active vehicles.

  • Vehicle List – Each vehicle shows:

    • Name

    • Year, Make, Model

    • Yearly mileage total
