Remove a Food Item from a Meal

To remove a food from a specific day:

  1. Locate the food under the correct meal.

  2. Click the trash icon (or remove option).

  3. Confirm if prompted.

The food will be removed from that day’s menu only.


Important

Removing a food from a meal:

  • Does NOT delete it from your Food Library.

  • Does NOT affect other dates.

  • Only removes it from that specific date and meal.
